항상 후기 패턴이 비슷하고 지겹기도 해서

이번후기는 해외 유명 블로거 원마일앳어타임 버전으로 준비해봤는데, 아....그냥 하던대로 할걸 후회했네요^^

다음부터는 다시 이전 버전으로 돌아갑니다. 재미로 봐주세요ㅋㅋ

Finally, my last flight of UA mileage run has come.

This mile-run was not a short journey, but also it really consisted of complex schedule.

So I felt a great thigh of relief, with no major happening (descent delay, cancel, overbooking etc.) at that point.

 

It was my very first time to Tokyo, and I have roughly 4 hours for transfer.

Thus, I decided to go out to land -side for a while, after HNL-NRT flight.

I've already received my UA79 boarding pass at Honolulu,

But shortly after arriving NRT, I just realized I couldn't find my ticket.

So I had to visit UA counter again. lol

There was enough time for dinner, So I visited NRT's famous ANA lounge.

I was very hungry, at that time, so I didn't take enough pictures for trip report.

Let's just say I was eating for 2 people's tripple(?) dinner.

 

By the way, the food spread was just phenomenal.

There were handfull choices of hot meal, salad, fruit, yogurt, chocalate, dessert, cookies, beer etc.

And also there was a corner with 'instant made' Udong.

It felt like best business class lounge I've ever visited.

I decided to leave lounge 30 minutes before departure,

My original seat was 21F, but  a gentleman who already sat 20E asked me,

Seat pitch was not bad. And there was accessary space next to my seat, because there were no seat!!

Eventually seat belt sign was off, and drink service begun.

It was little bit awkward, my crew gave me coke with ice, which I "insisted" diet coke with ice.

Okay It's UA, So I didn't expect some glamorous in flight meal,

But hands down, it was a real shock to me and whole industry that,

A modern Full Service Carrier operated by United, could just give me such a lackluster sandwich in International flight!!

I worked on my laptop for most of the rest of the flight,

and about 30 minutes out we began our descent into Seoul Incheon.

I finally got my luggage and my trip really came to an end.

 

 

 

<Bottom line>

1. 역시 송충이는 솔잎을 먹어야하고 뱁새는 황새를 따라가면 안됨ㅠ

   분위기 쇄신을 위해 영어 후기버전을 쓰려고 했으나 배보다 배꼽이 커져 다시는 이 작업 안할듯요 꺼이꺼이

 

2. 유나이티드 기내식 정책은 정말 실망입니다. 한일 노선에서는 어차피 환승 수요로 대충 때우겠다는 생각일까요.

 

3. 이로써 저의 유나이티드 마일런은 모두 끝이났고, 결과물은 2016년 초까지 UA*G, Marriott Gold Elite가 되겠네요.
